- Starting Sunday, July 19th we will be monitoring temperatures at the door to ensure that those attending, serving, volunteering, and ministering in the building are safe.
- On July 29th, 2020, Governor Gretchen Whitmer amended the Michigan Safe Start Order stating that starting July 31, 2020. statewide indoor gatherings are limited to 10 people. This new executive order does not affect our Sunday gatherings. Thank you for helping us create an environment where everyone feels safe & comfortable. Thank you for wearing a mask for the sake of others.
INTRODUCTION
For the safety of others, we ask that you monitor yourself and the members of your family in the following:
Auditorium, restrooms, counter surfaces, and touch points will be sanitized before, after and in between each service.
- Mount Hope Church will be resuming with one weekend service, beginning Sunday, May 17, at 10:00am.
- Your entire family is welcome however, children's and student ministry will remain online.
For the safety of others, we ask that you monitor yourself and the members of your family in the following:
- If you are vulnerable or have a compromised immune system, please stay home and view online.
- If you or a family member are experiencing symptoms of sickness, fever, cough, sore throat or any respiratory symptom, please stay home and watch online.
- Ask yourself: “Am I showing flu-like symptoms?” “Do I have a fever above 99 degrees?
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available however, bring your favorite mask for comfort.
- Masks are strongly recommended for the safety & sake of others.
- Please refrain from hand shaking, hugs, or high fives.
- All outside doors and auditorium doors will remain propped open to prevent the touching of surfaces.
- When entering a restroom, please enter, pushing the door open with your arm or body weight. When exiting, grab the exit handle with a paper towel; once the door is open, throw away the paper towel.
- Greeters will open exterior doors when you arrive and ushers will open doors upon your exit.
- Upon entering, ushers will direct your family unit to a seating area. (units are spaced 6 ft apart)
- Every other row of chairs will remain empty.
- Please remain in your seat during worship/no groups of worshippers at the front.
- Only 2 persons at a time will be permitted in the restrooms.
- Digital giving is recommended.
- There will be no passing of the buckets however, you may leave your giving envelopes at the blue bucket as you exit the auditorium at the end of the service.
